UW-Madison students should plan to return to campus for mainly in-person instruction and expect a “new normal” this fall, said Chancellor Rebecca Blank. In a March 25 blog post, Blank announced that the fall semester at the University of Wisconsin-Madison will look more like fall 2019 than fall 2020. While guidelines for the semester have not yet been defined, they will be based on the state of the pandemic, Blank said.
