Noted:Â Prior to Rockwell Automation, Nicolas worked for General Motors Corp. for nine years. He holds a master of business administration in operations management and master of science in manufacturing systems engineering, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He received his bachelor of science in manufacturing systems engineering from Kettering University in Flint, Michigan.
