The eight-day December celebration is one that UW-Madison Classical Judaism Professor Jordan Rosenblum says always leaves a good taste in his mouth, blending history with modern culinary indulgence.
“There’s a nice connection. (The food) also happens to be delicious,” Rosenblum said.
