ImageJ features a deceptively simple, minimalist user interface that has remained largely unchanged since the 1990s.

Noted: The council also unanimously approved a resolution supporting the placement of a statue honoring Vel Phillips at the state Capitol building. “Trailblazer and former Milwaukee Ald.
